Our story
CatsEye opened because the Illinois Valley deserved somewhere adults could gather, breathe, and drink something worth talking about. Not a chain. Not a franchise. A room where the music is good, the glasses are full, and nobody is rushing you out.
We're downtown Ottawa — the same town where Lincoln once debated, where the Fox meets the Illinois River, and where people have been building things worth celebrating for two centuries.
We think that deserves a great bottle of wine.
